We offer in depth consultations for self-coached athletes, or coaches, seeking guidance on how to integrate strength and conditioning into your training, or your athletes’ training.
How it works:
A face-to-face, video or phone discussion
A thorough review of your goals, objectives, training/coaching (past and present), injury history and, if necessary, lifting technique
A customised report containing recommendations for you to take away and implement
A final face-to-face, video or phone discussion
